Flag Day Parade

6/8 7:00 pm - 6/8 8:30 pm

Celebrate the RED, WHITE and BLUE. Join us for the 16th Annual BH-BL Community Flag Day Parade.

The Parade Starts at 7:00 pm, with the parade route shutting down part of Route 50 in both directions from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Kingsbury Rd to Forest Rd.

Boat Safety Inspection

6/11 9:00 am - 6/11 4:00 pm

The Mohawk-Hudson Sail and Power Squadron will have certified vessel examiners on two docks. They will perform a free Vessel Safety Check ("VSC") for your boat. There is no charge, and no consequences if you don't pass. Our goal is simply to help make boating as safe as possible for you, your family and your friends, through education.

Location and sign-up information will be forth coming.

!46A Firehouse at 7pm. Election of Officers. Sergeant Jim Leonard, from the Marine Division of the Saratiga Sheriff's Office, will be our featured speaker as we begin our summer season with an emphasis on SAFETY!

Celebrate our nation's birthday! Decorate yourself, your boat, kayak, canoe or jetski with red, white and blue.

This year we will organize and begin at the em>southern end of the lake at 2:45.

Join your friends and neighbors at the Lakeside Farm Pavilion.

Ballston Lake boat safety course news release to be re-distributed

The previously sent e-blast about the Boater Safety Course had an error. The following version is correct. Certification - by passing this 8 hour course - is mandatory for youth age 10 and up to operate a motor boat. Certification – by passing this 8 hour course - is mandatory for all (adults and kids over 14) who operate personal water craft (jet skis). Sorry for any convenience or confusion the error may have caused.
